The hotel's location was perfect for my Christmas trip! I loved being in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering great service during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fantastic heating to keep me warm during the colder winter days. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi access, making it easy to stay connected during my trip.
The breakfast spread was quite limited and lacked variety, especially for those who prefer a more western-style breakfast. the restaurant’s service was slower than expected, and I often had to wait longer than usual to be seated or attended to by staff.

An English speaking staff, location
Dirty rooms, price, staff can enter the room, even if there is a sign "do not disturb" on the door!!!!!!!

The hotel offered luxurious amenities, fulfilling my expectations. the private facilities were exclusive and the health club was well-equipped. the service was attentive and professional, making my stay enjoyable. the convenient location made it easy to explore the city.
the ballroom was not as well-maintained as the other areas of the hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with central street and a great Chinese restaurant just a short walk away. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, with updated furnishings and comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was always someone at the desk who spoke English. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including both Western and Asian food. the hotel also had a nice ambiance, with big armchairs at the front desk that added a relaxed touch.
The food in the hotel's restaurant was disappointing, especially the pizza which took a long time to arrive and was not good.

Great Value For Location & Comfort Located in a prime position within the city, close to many places of interest, this hotel offers great value for money. the comfortable rooms were modern and well-maintained. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which included a mix of Western and Asian dishes. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport.
Restaurant Needs Improvement Although the location was a plus, the hotel's restaurant was a bit of a letdown. the food was disappointing and took a long time to be served.
